Dwell Conference exists to see women rooted in the presence of God—women who thrive in their workplaces, their homes, and their families.
Our 2025 theme is PROCLAIM.
Scripture invites us: “Come and hear, all you who fear God; let me tell you what He has done for me.” (Psalm 66:16) and “Let the redeemed of the Lord tell their story.” (Psalm 107:2)
We believe that developing and sharing our testimony is an essential part of fulfilling our calling on earth. When we recognize God’s hand in our lives and boldly speak of His goodness, our faith is strengthened and others are drawn to Him. As we proclaim what He has done, we partner with Heaven’s purpose and become living witnesses of His power.

Christina Gard
Dr. Christina Gard and her husband, Andrew, are the Senior Pastors of Grace City Church, a church in the heart of Lakeland, Florida. Originally from Tacoma, Washington, Christina met Andrew on a blind date at Northwest University and married him in 2005. They’ve been in full-time ministry since. In 2015, they planted Grace City Church, where thousands have since made decisions to follow Jesus. They’ve launched local and global ministries, generously supported missions, and blessed many through Grace City Music. Christina also founded Echo Conference, a yearly women’s conference hosted by Grace City Church. She has master’s degrees in Ministry, Human Services, Marriage and Family Therapy, and a Ph.D. in Psychology. In 2018, they welcomed miracle twins Justice and Adriana. They are grateful for what God has done and believe the best is still to come.
Stephanie Newton
Stephanie Newton is a pastor’s wife, ministry leader, and lifelong learner with a passion for equipping women to lead with faith and courage. Her life reflects a calling shaped by conviction, compassion, and a deep love for God’s Word.
With a background in science and advanced studies in Christian education and biblical apologetics, Stephanie brings clarity and depth to her teaching. She serves on the teaching and worship teams at Community Bible Church in San Antonio, where she helps shape the next generation of leaders.
Married to Ed for 27 years, Stephanie is passionate about raising up women who lead well—in their homes, churches, and communities—anchored in truth and confident in God’s calling.

About Harbour Church
Harbour is a local church based in Sarasota, FL. Our mission is to make disciples of Jesus.
Harbour was founded by Jordan and Kristin Rippy in 2020 in the living room of their home with 24 people in the very first meeting. Now, Harbour Church is a vibrant and growing community of faith that sees hundreds of people gather each weekend in the heart of Sarasota.

Will there be a mother’s room available at Dwell?
Yes! There will be a mother’s room where all main sessions will be live streamed via video. Our mother’s room is has comfortable seating, a private nursing area, a changing table and restroom access.
Where can I eat during the conference?
Harbour is located in the heart of downtown Sarasota with lots of great dining options within walking distance. Your Dwell Conference guide will have a list of some of our favorite spots!
Can I stay and attend services at Harbour Church on Sunday?
Of course! We have services at 9am and 10:45am! We highly recommend sticking around for Sunday. Conference Sundays are some of our favorite days!
Can I register at the door?
Due to extremely limited space, we cannot guarantee registration at the door and suggest registering early!
Are there special rates for church groups?
Yes! Email dwell@harbour.church and one of our Dwell team members will get you set up!
